I'm proud to proclaim that this week has been a much better week in terms of my efforts in living a healthier lifestyle.
I don't actually know if I've lost any weight yet but I have noticed that I am feeling much better within myself.

Since the last the post I still haven't managed to get to the gym but I have been a lean, mean, walking machine.
As you know, I live in Kent so trying to get anywhere without a car is practically mission impossible, however I have been finding myself walking whenever possible.
Last week I walked to Asda and back three times, with Asda being over a mile away, I have also walked to drop my son off at nursery and back and pick him up again, clocking about 6 miles a day and I have literally just been walking at every given opportunity.

My eating hasn't been half bad either, apart from the mini bag of chocolate buttons I had the other evening, I have been eating plenty of fruit and veg and snacking on fruit constantly so all in all I'm pretty chuffed with my efforts. I do still need to work on my water intake though.

Another thing that I intend to incorporate into my routine is doing exercise in my living room.
A friend gave me an amazing tip which is to do some form of physical activity during adverts when watching an hour long show. So instead of flicking through music channels when watching my current favourite Styled to Rock, I will begin to do some star jumps, jogging, squats, sit-ups etc... to fill the time.
Before you know it, it adds up to about 20 mins of exercise which isn't half bad!
If you have any exercise tips or weight loss tips, do feel free to share.

Isn't it weird how more energetic you feel when you just eat fruits and vegetables and stay away from naughty foods, I've been a bit bad and fallen back to eating some sugary stuff and I feel pretty lethargic now
